Michael Leinenbach-Owner & Vice President

Born and raised in Auburndale and deeply rooted in the flooring industry, Michael is the third generation to lead Warehouse Flooring and Design. He graduated from Auburndale High School, Class of 2003.

He attended the University of South Florida and has participated in numerous conferences, seminars, and training programs specific to the flooring industry—gaining valuable knowledge, inspiration, and best business practices.

Under Michael's leadership, Warehouse Flooring and Design (WFD) has become a trusted partner for both contractors and homeowners, working on new construction projects as well as major remodels and renovations. The company specializes in all aspects of residential flooring, along with bathroom and kitchen upgrades.

On the commercial side, WFD excels in Assisted Living and Hospital/Medical facilities and has played a key role in multiple movie theater remodels. The company also values Main Street commercial projects, partners with property management companies, and works exclusively with Habitat for Humanity East Polk.



Outside of work, Michael enjoys traveling and vacationing with his family, as well as hunting, fishing, and spending time in nature. No matter where he goes, he always comes home to Central Florida. He and his family are grateful to God for all their blessings—past, present, and future.

In our experience helping with renovations, we came to realize the importance of knowledgeable vendors who sell high-quality materials and offer full-service installation.
